How to get involved
- If you are a school, a University, a Corporate or an individual hoping to undertake an Open Challenge.
- Schoolchildren are encouraged to walk, jog or run a minimum of a mile in the course of an hour as an organised school activity at your school.
- Schoolchildren raise £1 each for participating in the programme. The money is collected for Schoolchildren for Children by the school.
- The event should be organised on site – on the school running track or playing field, but preferably as part of a sustainable health related fitness programme’
We are looking to appoint four ChallengeAid Charity Ambassadors in every school, ideally a boy and girl in year 12 and a boy and girl in year 13. These pupils will able to promote the work of the Charity to their peers and younger members of the school. The individuals should be confident, motivated young people able to speak with some knowledge about the Charity so that they can promote the work that the Charity does within the school and possibly through their social media networks. If you are interested in becoming an Ambassador, please contact us for more details.
