‘With every £7 you raise, you will pay for a child’s education for a whole year.’

Our aim is to encourage and support youngsters in the UK to engage in sponsored physical activity, while making a difference to the lives of others who are less fortunate.

It is so easy to get involved! Simply set aside a time when you can organise your school pupils in a supervised, sponsored activity. See below for our step-by-step guide to running an event, and some suggested physical activities.

All we ask is that each pupil organises a minimum of £1. 50% of funds raised go to ChallengeAid, and 50% go to the school to fund extra-curricular activities.

Suggested Activities

We are open to all kinds of physical activity at ChallengeAid. While a walk, jog or run around a measured course is a simple and effective sponsored challenge, many schools have come up with a number of innovative ideas, including:

One of our favourite school challenges: Combine the participating pupils into teams. Each team must run, jog or walk a total distance of a marathon (26 miles) between them. The distance needs to be recorded around a measurable distance, such as a 400m track.
