Trans Wales Challenge – £5,194.07 Raised

September 11th, 2013
At the end of June was our Trans Wales Challenge where a group of people from Renewable Energy Systems based in West Wales plus staff from the Cardiff and the London offices recently completed the Trans Wales Challenge from near Knighton on the English border in Shropshire to just north of Aberystwyth.
The route which is approximately 45 miles long was undertaken as a dawn to dusk Challenge.
The team had a great walk though obviously extremely tired at the end of the day but they raised a fantastic amount – £5,194.07 for the charity to help create and build more ‘Schools of Hope’ in some of the slums of Nairobi.
We have put all the names on our Roll of Honour on the website
