Help us make a difference
‘With every £7 you raise, you will pay for a child’s education for a whole year.’ Our aim is to encourage and support youngsters in the UK to engage in sponsored physical activity, while making a difference to the lives of others who are less fortunate.
Get fit for a purpose
Get fit for a purpose is designed to encourage people in the UK to get involved in fitness and make an impact to the lives of others who are less fortunate.
Schools of Hope
Our Schools of Hope operate after school hours, giving children educational support by providing desks, chairs and lighting in a safe and conducive learning environment.

Schools
It is so easy to get involved! Simply set aside a time when you can organise your school pupils in a supervised, sponsored activity. There are many ways to fund-raise! Examples are below or be creative and come up with your own unique way to make a difference
Cycling
A sponsored cycle ride or having a whole bunch of pupils cycling together could be a great way to raise money. Have fun whilst making a difference
A dance-a-thon
A dance-a-thon would be a perfect example of our "Get fit for a purpose" attitiude as this fun activity encourages fitness but also helping people who are living in the slums
Our favourite school challenge
Combine the participating pupils into teams. Each team must run, jog or walk a total distance of a marathon (26 miles) between them. The distance needs to be recorded around a measurable distance, such as a 400m track.

Sponsor a Child
For just 49p a day, you can bring hope to a child by providing them with nutritious meals, a uniform, medical care for both the child and their immediate family, and finally an excellent education with qualified teachers and supervisors. You can write to your child, and you will receive an annual drawing and piece of writing to keep up- to-date with their progress.
In the informal slum settlements of Nairobi, children are born into unsanitary conditions with little stimulation or nurturing in their first years of life. By sponsoring one of these children, you can make sure that they have a brighter future ahead of them.

Company Proposal
We would like to invite your company to become part of our sustainability programme once a SoH has been created. Many charities create dependency, but we believe that we empower individuals and families and making our SoH’s more self-sustaining is always our aim. Read our full Company Proposal
