Earlier this month, we had the incredible honour of virtually hosting Tonia Antoniazzi MP, who addressed 400 girls from our Girls Can Clubs across Kenya. Her powerful message focused on the importance of self-empowerment, breaking cultural stereotypes and realising their true potential.

Speaking live from Wales, Tonia shared her own personal journey, reflecting on the challenges she faced growing up and the obstacles many girls encounter in their pursuit of success. Her story resonated as a powerful example of resilience, determination and the belief that no goal is beyond reach.

Through conversations like these, we aim to inspire our girls to be confident, bold and unapologetically themselves. By igniting their belief in their ability to overcome obstacles, we empower them to dream big and make those dreams a reality. 💖

Who knows, maybe one day, one of these young women will step into politics-  less than a quarter of seats in the Kenyan national parliament are held by women.
